火锅雅间内空气质量的监测分析

【摘要】 对本市 4 0家饭馆的火锅雅间和普通雅间内的空气微小气候、二氧化碳 (CO2 )、一氧化碳 (C0 )、可吸入颗粒 (IP)、空气细菌总数 (BT)等 7项指标进行了测定。结果显示 :普通雅间的 7项指标均符合国家标准 ,而火锅雅间除微小气候 ,空气细菌总数符合国家卫生标准外 ,其他项目均超过普通雅间 ,并严重超出国家标准。尤其以木炭为燃料的火锅雅间污染最为严重。建议在制定新的卫生标准时适当考虑火锅店这类饭馆的空气质量 ,以便进一步监督和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven indexes-small weather in air, C0 2, CO, IP, BT, etc of private rooms of chafing dish restaurants and ordinary private rooms of forty restaurants have been tested in our city.It shows that the seven indexes of ordinary private rooms were in accordance with the national standard, but in the private rooms of chafing dish restaurants, the things were bad. All indexes except small weather and BT seriously failed the national standard, especially for those using charcoal as the fuel. It is suggested that air quality of the restaurants such as chafing dish restaurants should be considered while establishing new hygiene standard in order to have further inspection and management.
