用CCD图像传感器测量杨氏弹性模量的研究
Measurement of Yang’s Elastic Modulus with Charge-Coupled Device
【摘要】 对传统的镜尺法测量杨氏弹性模量进行了改进,用高灵敏度电荷耦合器件(CCD)图像传感器取代传统的依靠人眼从望远镜读数获取激光位移数据,实现了过程自动化,消除了测量过程中人为因素的影响。试验测得杨氏弹性模量的相对误差仅为0.88%,大大提高了测量精度。
【Abstract】 The traditional measuring method for Yang’s elastic modulus with mirror-ruler was improved. High sensitivity charge-coupled device(CCD) was used to get displacement data of laser beam in the new measuring system, instead of measuring with human eyes from telescope. So the relative error of the Yang’s elastic modulus was decreased to 0.88%, the whole system was more automatic and the measuring sensitivity was improved highly.
