铜/钢异种材料摩擦焊接头强度的超声波检测
Ultrasonic Testing of the Strength of the Friction Welded Joints in Copper-Steel Dissimilar Materials
【摘要】 为了对异种材料摩擦焊接头质量的评价方法进行研究,采用超声波C扫描对不同加工工艺的铜/钢摩擦焊接头进行检测,然后对接头的微剪切强度进行测定。通过研究C扫描结果与接头微剪切强度的关系,发现C扫描结果可以反映接头力学性能的优劣,进而对整个接头质量进行评价。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the quality of the friction-welded joints in dissimilar materials, ultrasonic testing of the joints in copper-steel dissimilar materials was carried out using C-scan method, and at the same time the local micro-shear strength of the welded joints was measured. Nondestructive testing results were compared to the local micro-shear strength, and it was found that C-scan technology could be used to evaluate the mechanical properties of the welded joints and furthermore the whole welded joint quality.
