基于小波变换的管道漏磁检测信号处理
Signal Processing for Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing of Pipeline Based on Wavelet Transform
【摘要】 介绍了管道漏磁检测的原理,给出了管道检测装置框图。在小波变换Mallet快速算法的基础上,结合缺陷信号的特点,对实验室模拟状况下的采集信号进行了分析和处理,有效消除了信号噪声,提取了缺陷信号的特征值。
【Abstract】 The principle of magnetic flux leakage testing of pipelines and hardware system were described. Based on the Mallet quick algorithm of wavelet transform and the characteristics of defect signals, the signals detected in the lab were analyzed and processed to get the result of chaos reducing.
