某电厂钢煤斗有限元空间分析
Finite element spatial structural analysis of steel coal hopper of a thermal power plant
【摘要】 为了满足某火力发电厂土建结构设计的需要,应用通用有限元分析系统ANSYS对该电厂钢煤斗进行了结构分析,计算出了煤斗的支座反力,为煤斗支撑框架大梁的结构设计提供了准确的荷载数据,通过模型修改和反复试算确定了煤斗合理的结构设计方案,为钢煤斗施工详图设计提供了依据.
【Abstract】 To meet the need of structural design of a thermal power plant,the steel coal hopper is structurally analyzed in space by the FEA system ANSYS.The reactive forces of the abutments have been computed.These data are the exact loads for the structural design of the steel coal hopper’s support frameworks beams.Through the finite element model’s modifying and the repeating trial computing,the best structural design scheme is determined.The result provides a base for the construction detail drawing design of a steel coal hopper.
