基于开关运放的低功耗滤波器设计
Design of a low power SC filter with switched-opamp technique
【摘要】 对用开关运放(SO)技术实现低功耗双二阶开关电容电路进行了分析.利用全差分结构的输出交叉可以得到反向极性的特点,将经典的开关电容电路转换成半延时积分器实现的电路结构,得到了低功耗的SO电路结构.重点分析了FleischerLaker双二阶的低功耗设计.给出了能够实现的结构及对应的Z传递函数.
【Abstract】 The design of low power switched capacitor biquadratic filter based on switched-opamp(SO) technique is analyzed . By using the character of differential input and differential output circuits, the switched capacitor circuits can be realized with half-delay integrator. So low power SO biquadratic filter can be realized .The emphasis of the paper is the analysis of Fleischer-Laker biquadratic filter. The structures of the biquadratic filter and the Z transfer function are given.
