基于受控Petri网的物流实验系统的研究

【摘要】 随着控制系统的复杂化,传统的方法已经不能很好地用于描述离散事件系统(简称DES)了.为此,定义了一种受控Petri网(简称CPN),并对其中冲突事件的避免进行了探讨.针对物流实验系统中被控点数较多、控制过程也较为复杂的特点,利用CPN技术对系统进行建模,较好地解决了系统中存在的一系列协调、竞争以及并发事件,有效地避免了冲突事件的发生,同时对于系统的CPN模型利用PLC加以实现,并验证其正确性及其可靠性.

【Abstract】 With the complication of the control system ,conventional methods are not able to describe the discrete event system (DES) perfectly .So the article defines a kind of Controlled Petri Net(CPN), discusses the methods of conflict resolution in detail .Considering the characters of the experimental logistics system ,which contains quite many controlled points and relatively complicated control process ,CPN technique is used to model the system ,which could not only resolve a series of coordination , competition and subsequent events existed in the system perfectly but also avoid conflicts effectively .At the same time, a programmable logic controller (PLC) is also used to practice control and validate the validity and reliability of the CPN model of the system.
