【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺腺样囊性癌的临床病理学特征及其鉴别诊断。方法对2例乳腺的腺样囊性癌进行光镜和免疫组化观察,并复习相关文献。结果镜检病变形态与涎腺的腺样囊性癌相似,组织学上分为筛孔型、管状-小梁型和实体型三种类型。2例免疫组化标记均显示:腺上皮细胞AE1/AE3(+),肌上皮样细胞SMA(+);ER(-)和PR(-)。结论原发于乳腺的腺样囊性癌较罕见,需与乳腺的筛状癌、分泌性癌及腺肌上皮病变鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective- To study the clinical pathologic features and differential diagnosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast. Methods- Two cases of breast adenoid cystic carcinoma were studied by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry besides reviewig the related literatures. Results- Microscopically, pathological changes of adenoid cystic carcinoma appearance resembled the salivary gland. Three patterns were composed of cribriform ,trabecular-tubular and solid,the epithelial cell showed AE1/AE3(+),the basaloid cells showed SMA(+); ER(-) and PR(-). Conclusion- Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast is rarely seen in clinic, but more attention should be paid on the daily practice in order to avoid misdiagnosis as invasive cribriform carcinoma,secretory carcinoma and myoepithelial lesion.更多还原
