【摘要】 目的调查安徽省424名女科技人员心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用自编职业一般状况调查表和精神症状自我诊断量表。结果65.1%和70.8%的女科技人员对工作条件和工作环境不太满意;不同年龄的女科技人员在焦躁神经(F=3.402,P<0.05)、躁郁症(F=6.176,P<0.05)、神经质(F=7.688,P<0.01)因子上差异有显著性;多元回归分析显示工作条件、接触人群、工作环境、社会兼职等职业因素对心理健康状况有影响。结论女科技人员总体上心理健康状况良好,职业满意度较高,职业因素对心理健康状况有影响,不同年龄女科技人员在量表的不同因子上有差异,年龄越大心理状况越好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the affecting factors and the state of psychological health status of women professionals in science and technology in Anhui Province. Methods A self-made inventory and mental symptom self-diagnosis scale were created for the assessment. Results The data suggested that 65.1% and 70.8% women professionals in science and technology field felt distressed with their labor condition and work environment. Significant differences in different age groups were marked on three items: anxious nerve( F = 3.402, P<0. 05) , irritable melancholia( F=6.176, P<0.05), neuroticism ( F = 7. 688, P < 0.01); Multiple regression indicated that labor condition and work environment, social interaction and concurrent could be the result of the impact on their psychological health. Conclusion In general, psychological status and occupational satisfaction of women science and technology professionals are in good condition.
