【摘要】 目的研究重型颅脑损伤患者高压氧(HBO)治疗前、中、后血浆内皮素(ET)的变化。方法30例行高压氧和常规治疗(HBO组),20例单纯常规治疗,26例健康志愿者为对照组,于治疗前、中、后用放射免疫法检测血浆ET。结果HBO组和常规治疗组治疗前血浆ET差异无显著性(P>0.05),但与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01),HBO组在治疗20d后血浆ET较对照组明显降低.差异显著(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗能有效降低颅脑损伤患者的血浆ET水平,是颅脑损伤的有效治疗方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the plasma endothelin (ET) changes before and after hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) treatment in the severe head injury patients. Methods 30 patients were given HBO therapy besides conventional one, 20 were treated by single conventional practice and 26 healthy volunteers were enrolled in as control group. Plasma ET concentration was measured with radioimmunoassay on the days before treatment and after the 10th or 20th day of treatment. Results There were no significant differences of plasma ET before treatment between HBO group and conventional treatment group (P>0.05) , but significant differences among the healthy control group and HBO group conventional treatment group were seen( P< 0.05). Apart from them, there showed significant differences on the 20th day after treatment between HBO group and conventional treatment group (P<0.05) . Conclusion The HBO treatment can effectively reduce plasma ET and be one of the approaches for treating severe head injury cases.更多还原
