多壁碳纳米管对p型Ba0.3FeCo3Sb12化合物热电性能的影响

【摘要】 用两步固相反应法合成了p型Ba填充方钴矿化合物Ba0 .3FeCo3Sb1 2 ,并采用放电等离子烧结法 (SPS)制备了Ba0 .3FeCo3Sb1 2 /多壁碳纳米管复合材料 .研究了Ba0 .3FeCo3Sb1 2 /多壁碳纳米管复合材料的结构及多壁碳纳米管对其热电性能的影响规律 :SEM分析表明多壁碳纳米管比较均匀地分布在Ba0 .3FeCo3Sb1 2 基体中 ;随着碳纳米管添加量的增加 ,Ba0 .3FeCo3Sb1 2 多壁碳纳米管复合材料的电导率下降、塞贝克系数略微下降、晶格热导率大幅度降低 ,当碳纳米管含量为 5 %时其晶格热导率最小 ;当碳纳米管的含量为 3%时 ,本研究得到的Ba0 .3FeCo3Sb1 2 碳纳米管复合材料的最大ZT值达 0 . 78.

【Abstract】 The p-)type Ba-)filled Ba 0.3 FeCo 3Sb 12 skutterudite compounds were synthesized using a two-)step solid-)state reaction method, and the Ba 0.3 FeCo 3Sb 12 /multiwalle carbon nanotubes composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS). The structure of Ba 0.3 FeCo 3Sb 12 /multiwalled carbon nanotube composites and effect of multiwalled carbon nanotubes on the thermoelectric properties of p-)type Ba 0.3 FeCo 3Sb 12 compounds were investigated. The dispersed distribution of multiwalled carbon nanotubes in the Ba 0.3 FeCo 3Sb 12 compounds was observed by SEM. With increasing content of multiwalled carbon nanotubes, the electrical conductivity of the Ba 0.3 FeCo 3Sb 12 compounds decreased, Seebeck coefficient reduced slightly and the lattice thermal conductivity decreased significantly. The minimum of lattice thermal conductivity was obtained when the content of carbon nanotubes was 5%. When the content of carbon nanotubes was 3%, the maximal ZT value of 0.78 was obtained for Ba 0.3 FeCo 3Sb 12 /multiwalled carbon nanotube composites at 850*!K.
