磁场对重电子金属材料CeCu6-xCdx电阻的影响
Effect of magnetic field on the transport properties of heavy electron compounds CeCu6-x Cdx
【摘要】 介绍了重电子金属CeCu6 -xCdx(x=0 10 ,0 15 ,0 2 0 ,0 30 ,0 5 0 )在 1 8— 30 0K温度范围内 ,在磁场 (μ0 H =0 ,5 ,10T)下电阻随温度的变化规律及低温 (1 9,15K)下的磁电阻 (μ0 H =0— 10T) .实验表明所有样品在零场下的Tmax(对应于电阻极大值的温度 )都低于 1 8K .加磁场后 ,Tmax随磁场和掺杂量x的增加明显向高温方向变化 .此外 ,各样品的磁电阻在 1 9K全是负值 ,温度升高到 15K以后 ,磁电阻有变为正值的趋势 .从近藤散射和相干散射的角度对这一现象的物理机制进行了分析 .
【Abstract】 We report the low-temperature resistance under a magnetic field (μ 0H=0, 5 and 10T) within the temperature range from 1.8 to 300K and low temperature (T=1.9 and 15K) magneto-resistance (μ 0H=0—10T) of heavy electron compounds CeCu 6-x Cd x (x=0.10,0.15,0.20,0.30,0.50). The experiments show that the T max (corresponding to the maximal resistance)of all samples are not observed over 1.8K under zero magnetic field. When a magnetic field is applied, the T max increases with increasing magnetic field and doping content x. Meanwhile, the magneto-resistances are all negative at 1.9K and the positive magneto-resistance of part of samples is observed at 15K. This phenomenon can be explained by Kondo scattering and coherent scattering.
