染料敏化纳米ZnO薄膜太阳电池机理初探
The mechanism of dye-sensitized solar cell based on nanocrystalline ZnO films
【摘要】 讨论利用ZnO代替TiO2 作为光阳极制作染料敏化薄膜太阳电池的可行性 .使用LSV法 ,IR光谱和UV_vis光谱探讨了电池的工作机理和性能 ,并与染料敏化纳米TiO2 薄膜太阳电池作了比较 .结果发现ZnO薄膜表面与染料的吸附键合力太弱是导致ZnO太阳电池效率低下的主要原因
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the possibility of using nanocrystalline ZnO films as photo-electrode in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs). The performances and mechanism of DSCs based on ZnO nanoporous film are observed by using IR,UV-vis spectra and LSV method,and compared with dye-sensitized solar cells based on nanocrystalline TiO 2 films. It is found that the low efficiency of DSCs based on ZnO is due to the poor binding force between the surface of nanocrystalline ZnO films and the Ru L 2(NCS) 2( L =2,2′-bipydyl-4,4′-dicarboxylate) dye.
