高量子效率红外光电阴极与光电倍增管的研究进展
Progress on high quantum efficiency IR photocathode and photomultiplier
【摘要】 报道了光电倍增管内高量子效率红外光电阴极的研究进展情况,介绍了国际上近期开发出的新产品的工作原理和实用价值.
【Abstract】 The theoretical principle of the advanced photomultiplier with a high quantum efficiency IR photocathode is reported. Its applications, especially the applications in biology and medicine are briefly presented.
