中国汽车工业供应链管理的现状与发展对策研究
Research on the Present Situation and the Developing Strategy of Supply Chain Management of Chinese Automobile Industry
【摘要】 总结了国际汽车工业供应链管理的基本原理和发展态势,以中国三大汽车公司为对象,客观地从多个侧面分析了发展中国汽车工业供应链面临的主要问题,提出了我国汽车工业供应链的一系列发展对策。
【Abstract】 Based on the summary of the basic developing trends and philosophy of SCM of international automobile industry,the paper objectively discusses the main problems which we have to face in improving the supply chain of Chinese automobile industry from multiple sides and provides a serials of counter measures to develop China supply chain of automobile industry.
