【Abstract】 This text described the important status of spare part procurement in the spare part logistics system and the special characteristics of spare part procurement compared with those of general product logistics.The text mainly analyzed the special characteristics of spare part demand based on the product life cycle,and proposed the procurement tactics of spare part at each stages of the product life cycle.The result of this text offered the basis on which the spare part procurement is operated,and offered certain reference to price-fixing tactics of spare part and stock tactics at the same time.更多还原
