【摘要】 从质量链管理产生的背景出发,提出了质量链管理的概念及其实施框架,并进一步分析了供应链管理及质量链管理的关系。

【Abstract】 Starting from the background of quality chain management, the paper puts forward the concept and framework of quality chain management and analyzes the relationship between SCM and quality chain management.
