【摘要】 论述以Kraljic矩阵为基础的采购项目定位模型的基本思想和实现过程。运用新模型对某生产企业的10项采购进行定位分析,得出相应的分类,验证了模型的有效性和可操作性。最后,通过对采购项目各指标进行排序分析,得出采购项目最有效的改进措施。解决了Kraljic矩阵实际操作困难的问题,可以快速地对采购项目进行定位,帮助企业找出最优先解决的采购问题,有效地改进采购项目。有利于企业提高采购管理的针对性和有效性。更多还原
