【Abstract】 The apparent defect of some stainless steel products was analyzed by scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), X-ray Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy ( EDS ) and X-ray Wavelength Dispersive Spectroscopy ( WDS ). The results show that SEM plays very important roles in the apparent quality determination and commercial arbitration for stainless steel products, especially for the imported or exported products.更多还原
