前牙区义龈修复与牙周菌群变化研究

【摘要】 目的 通过了解两种义龈修复前后牙周菌属的变化情况明确前牙区义龈修复的长期效果以及与牙周健康的关系。方法 随机将所选样本分别予以常规义龈修复或弹性义龈修复 ,对患者修复治疗前后按照观察时段的要求 ,提取患者义龈覆盖区域内基牙龈沟液 ,做细菌培养和分类计数观察。结果 弹性义龈修复后基牙的螺旋体及梭杆菌的改变较常用热凝塑料组慢 ,修复 6个月后才能检测出显著性差异 ,常规材料修复 1个月后即可发生显著性变化 ;对牙周厌氧菌的分类培养显示在常规热凝基托材料致病菌的变化较对照组迅速且明显。结论 弹性基托材料生物相容性好 ,制作的义龈更有利于患者牙周健康的保持 ,是一种较为满意的治疗严重牙龈退缩的修复方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the long-term effect of restoration of artificial gingiva in anterior teeth and its relationship to periodontal health.Methods Twenty patients with gingival secession were divided randomly into two groups of 10 each to receive artificial gingiva restoration with elastic material or conventional base material.The gingival crevicular fluid around gingiva was sampled before restoration and 1 week,1 month and 6 months after restoration for bacterial culture and differential count.Results The changes in spirocketes and fusiform bacilli detected were manifested six months after prosthesis of gingiva in the elastic material group,whereas as early as one month after prosthesis in the conventional thermo-hardening material group,with a significant difference.Conclusions Elastic base material is biocompatible,conducive to periodontal health,and accordingly recommended for prosthesis of gingiva.
