辛烯醛气相加氢制辛醇催化剂工业侧线试验
Industrial experiment of TCAH catalyst for the preparation of octanal from octene aldehyde by vapor phase hydrogenation
【摘要】 制备了铜锌系气相醛加氢催化剂,并进行了工业侧线试验。考察了TCAH催化剂的机械性能及工业装置工况波动对催化剂活性的影响。试验结果表明:TCAH型气相醛加氢催化剂在空速0.25~0.40 h-1、压力0.4~0.5 MPa、温度200~240℃下产物中辛醇收率比进口催化剂高0.5%~2.0%,而副产物2-乙基-4-甲基戊醇含量则明显低于进口催化剂。TCAH型气相醛加氢催化剂具备工业应用条件。
【Abstract】 The Cu-Zn series catalyst used for vapor phase hydrogenation of aldehydes is prepared and the industrial experiment is done.The effect of mechanical performance of TCAH catalyst and working conditions of the equipment on the catalyst activity is investigated.The results indicate that the yield of octanal with TCAH catalyst is higher 0.5%2.0% than that with imported catalyst at the temperature of 200240 ℃,space velocity of 0.250.40 h1 and under the pressure of 0.40.5 MPa,the byproduct 2-ethyl-4-methyl pentanol in the process is remarkably lower.Therefore,the TCAH catalyst can be adopted in the industrial application for vapor phase hydrogenation of aldehyeds.
