两种不同改性工艺制备γ-氧化铝改性膜的研究
The study on the preparation of γ-Al2O3 modification membranes by two different modification techniques
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法并用两种不同的工艺制备γ-氧化铝改性膜:其一为通过掺杂硼来制改性膜;其二为通过溶液浸渍钾盐溶液制得改性膜。考察了两种改性工艺对膜的微观结构、晶相组成和孔结构的影响。结果表明:采用溶胶内掺杂硼的改性工艺制得的膜,表面平整;由溶液浸渍工艺改性制得的膜微观表面凹凸不平,孔易被沉积成分所堵塞,但可使改性成分有效地富集于孔内部,并且两种工艺制得膜的晶相均为γ-氧化铝相与复合相,表明第二组分已被成功地引入到γ-氧化铝膜组分中。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备γ-Al2O3改性膜的孔结构明显优于由溶液浸渍工艺制得的改性膜的孔结构。
【Abstract】 The membranes were modified by two techniques:one (I) was that the boron dopedγ-Al2O3membranes were synthesized by doping H3BO3into Al(OH)3sol, the other (II) was thatγ-Al2O3porous membranes were soaked in K2CO3solution to obtain the modified membranes. Then the effects of the modification techniques on the pore structure and the crystal phase were investigated. The results show that γ-Al2O3modification membranes are prepared by sol-gel. And the even and net structures have been obtained by technique. However, the membranes surfaces by technique are concave-convex, the pores are filled with modification composition. At the same time,γ-Al2O3phase and the composite phase existed in the γ-Al2O3modification membranes by the two techniques. Namely, the composite composition have been brought in the composition of γ-Al2O3membranes. The pore structures of Al-B membranes was superior to that of Al-K membranes.
