催化剂对制备二氧化氯的动力学数据的影响
The effect of catalyst on kinetics data of chlorine dioxide preparation
【摘要】 为设计出合适的反应器,在加入催化剂和未加催化剂的条件下对过氧化氢法制备二氧化氯的各种反应物进行了动力学研究。研究表明,加入催化剂后反应速率变快;温度升高反应速率升高;在一定的浓度范围内,硫酸、双氧水、氯酸钠的浓度变高,反应速率变大。反应物的反应级数都比较小,活化能比较低,反应较容易进行。
【Abstract】 In order to design the proper reactor,the kinetics of producing chlorine dioxide based on hydrogen peroxide method is studied with catalyst and without catalyst.The research shows that the rate of the production of ClO2 increases greatly when the catalyst is used. And the reaction rate increases with the temperature increasing. At the certain range of concentration,the reaction rate increases with the increasing of concentrations of sulphric acid,hydrogen peroxide and sodium chlorate.The orders of reaction of reactants and the active energies are lower,and this reaction is easy to carry out.
