高品位次磷酸钠的制备
Preparation of high purity sodium hypophosphite
【摘要】 研究了以工业级次磷酸钠为原料,分别采用氯化银、硫酸钡和重金属硫化物沉淀的方法去除次磷酸钠原料中所含的氯离子、硫酸根和铁、铅等重金属离子,制备高纯次磷酸钠的有关工艺和技术,并得出最佳工艺条件为:Ag2SO4 略过量,去除Cl-的最佳温度为室温,溶液为中性,加入Ba(OH)2 后搅拌时间约 30min。
【Abstract】 The industrial-grade sodium hypophosphite is used as raw material,in which the impurities,such as chlorine ion,sulfate radical and heavy metals ion(Fe,Pb,etc.)are removed by silver chloride,barium sulfate and heavy metal sulfide precipitation,respectively,then the high purity sodium hypophosphite is obtained.The optimum process condition are as following:the Ag2SO4 is slightly overamount,the optimum temperature for removing Cl- is room temperature,the solution is neutral and the agitation time after Ba(OH)2 added is about 30 min.
