【摘要】 针对硫铁矿生产硫酸过程中硫铁矿干燥采用回转窑干燥法的缺点,设计了一种新型干燥装置———盘式连续干燥器。阐述了采用回转窑干燥器的干燥流程和采用盘式连续干燥器的干燥流程,以及盘式连续干燥器的结构和工作原理。重点介绍了盘式连续干燥器的选型及干燥性能。结果表明,新设备干燥能力大,热效率高,能耗低,调控性能好;产品质量好,物料无损失,对环境无污染。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to overcome the disadvantages of rotary kiln for the drying of pyrite in the production of sulfuric acid from pyrite,a new type drying equipment-tray rotary drier is designed.The drying processes of rotary kiln and tray rotary drier are described,the structure and working principle of the tray rotary drier are stated.The selection of the drier and its performance are emphatically introduced.The new drier has the advantages of large capacity,high heat efficiency,low consumption of energy,good performance controlling and product quality,non loss of material and non pollution to the environment.更多还原
