AM29F016D在LED显示控制系统中应用
The application of AM29F016D in the offline LED display control system
【摘要】 文中简要介绍了AM29F016D闪速存储器的结构特点、使用方法,并以LED大屏幕显示控制系统为例,说明AM29F016D与单片机的接口及使用方法,并给出实用的硬件接口电路。AM29F016D在该系统中的应用,较好的解决了大容量存储器和低功耗、高可靠性的矛盾,拓宽了LED显示技术的应用范围。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the character and the use othe great capacity flash memory - - - - AM29F016D. A practicaapplication of hardware interface circuit of the LED flat panedisplay controlling system exploited has been given as examplin the paper . The application of AM29F016D has settled thconflict of large storage 、low cost and high reliably , and madeLED display technique more widely used 。
