MC12429在存储示波表数据采集中的应用
Application of MC12429 on Data- Acquisition in Memory- Oscillorgaph
【摘要】 在手持式存储示波表的设计中,以ARM实现高速数据处理和系统控制,以大规模FPGA为数字电路载体,利用MC12429为数据采集的可编程频率时钟源,通过ADC9288实现一个100M模拟带宽的示波表数据的高速采集,研制的样机表明该设计是行之有效的。文中介绍了数据采集结构设计,重点给出MC12429的转换控制、数据采样设计及实验结果。
【Abstract】 A high speed data acquisition in a design of portable memory- oscillorgaph with 100M analogue frequence range was fulfilled, in which ARM was used for data processing and sys- tem control with high speed, FPGA for carrier of digit circuit, MC12429 for programmable frequence clocks, ADC9288 for ADC chip , the prototype of machine developed showed the design was feasible. the struction design of data acquisition was intro- duced, change control of MC12429, data sampling, experiment result were mainly given in the paper.
