【摘要】 介绍了一种基于DSP的MPEG-4视频压缩系统中,利用FPGA控制视频数据实时采集并对原始视频数据进行预处理的设计方案及实现,解决了原始视频数据格式与MPEG-4压缩算法不兼容的问题,从而提高视频压缩系统的整体性能。此设计充分利用FPGA的高速并行处理能力,通过合理的调度,以较少的存储资源实现数据处理与传输。更多还原

【Abstract】 Present a scheme using FPGA to control data acquir- ing and pre- processing for a MPEG- 4 video compressing sys- tem, resolves the problem that the original video data format dif- fering from the require of the MPEG- 4 algorithm, raises the system performance.
