【摘要】 本文介绍了应用VB6.0作为开发工具,利用工控机和ACL-7225数据采集卡,开发自动控制系统的方法。系统共有22个输入信号和16个输出信号,采用了两块数据采集卡,由计算机通过数据采集卡控制11个油缸的动作,同时系统提供自动控制和手动控制两种模式,并且两种模式间可相互切换,实现了机车车辆电缆的剥皮、切断、压端子、定长等工作的自动控制,提高了生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using VB6.0 as development tool, ACL-7225 data sampling cards and industry computer, the auto-control system on decorticating, truncating, setting terminal and length of cable is studied and produced. The system with 22 input and 16 output signals supports two operation modes which can be switched each other. The motion of 11 hydro cylinders controlled by computer through data sampling cards. It obtained better economy benefit, when the system installed at product line of motor vehicles.更多还原
