【Abstract】 The core of the controller is single chip computer 80C196KC.The controller has functions of reactive compensation?calculating energy metering?monitoring quality of electric energy and communication;and it can display parameters of power network.The parameters of the system can be changed by keyboard.The using of PSD8XX and complex programmable logic device(CPLD) simplies the circuit of system and heightens the capability.The article discusses realising the kerboard of device by using CPLD and gives out the hardware and the method for software.更多还原
