铁矿石熔化特性测控系统研制

【摘要】 本文介绍铁矿石熔化特性测控系统设计、组成环节、功能及应用效果。该系统基于PC机及接口,通过VB编程实现电炉控温,滴落摄像,软熔带压力损失及料层收缩率测量,熔融滴落计数系统,煤气成分远传通讯系统,数据、曲线存储及实验报告打印输出的全部自动化。系统工作稳定,操作界面良好。

【Abstract】 This paper Introduces the design, links, functions and application result of the melt pecific property of iron ore. Measurement and control system. The system is based on the PCs and their ports. It is put into reality to control the temperature of electric furnace to take down the video of dropping with camera to measure the pressure differential and the contraction of soft and melt region by means of VB programming. The system also includes melt drops counting system and the long-distance transmitting system about elements of gas. It’s able not only to save the experimental data and curves, but also to print out the experiment report automatically. The stability of the system is guaranteed. The operating interface is good.
