基于网络的智能答疑系统的研究
Study of Network-Based Intelligent Question Answering System
【摘要】 基于常见问题答案库的答疑系统的基本设计方案是以固定问题答案对作为答案材料,该方案所提供的用户服务有限,限制了系统的答疑能力。本系统采用的基于网络的智能答疑系统是把蕴涵丰富学科知识的学科文档库作为部分知识库,与常见问题答案库相结合,采用布尔模型和向量空间模型相结合的检索模型实现在文档库中自动检索答案的策略。该系统里的知识得到了丰富,解答问题的面也扩大了,增强了系统的答疑能力和实用性。
【Abstract】 Based on the FAQ-based intelligent answering system, a new intelligent answering system is introduced. FAQ database and text database which contain abundant knowledge of some courses are used as this system’s knowledge base, and natural language understanding technology and information retrieval technology are used to complete this system. The new way enhances the system’s answering ability.
