【Abstract】 As is known,the real-time data stream involved in video conference is strict to network bandwidth,time prolong and the rate of data package losing.Meanwhile,the current best-effort internet does not offer any quality of service(QoS)guarantees to real-time multimedia streaming,that is why we should provide QoS guarantees which is based on present network.This thesis has offered QoS control strategy to the video conference which provides QoS guarantees from two respects that is controlling the sending rate and the synchronization of multimedia through cushion mechanism.更多还原
