基于免疫进化算法的矢量量化索引值分配算法
A VQ Index Assignment Algorithm Based on Immune Evolutionary Algorithm
【摘要】 提出了一种基于免疫进化算法的矢量量化索引值分配算法。该算法提供了一种有效的获得全局最优的索引值分配方法。利用免疫进化算法的扩展和突变操作分别进行局部和全局搜索,可快速有效地进行全局最优搜索,克服了传统进化算法易出现"早熟"、陷入局部最优和收敛速度缓慢等问题。实验结果证明该算法可以获得很好的性能增益。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>A global optimal solution to vector quantization(VQ) index assignment, the Immune Evolutionary Algorithm based Index Assignment Algorithm (IEAIAA) is presented in this paper. The algorithm uses expansion and mutation operations to perform local and global, search respectively. It not only can be more quickly and efficiently searched in the whole global,but also avoids the problems on easy appeared precocity, low searching efficiency and the low convergence. The experimental results show that the algorithm could offer good performances.
