【Abstract】 Critique of rationality and humanistic care are the two meeting points between Lao-Zhuang and Heideggar in philosophy. In criticizing rationality, LaoZhuang put emphasis on morality, while Heideggar technology. Both of them are aiming at making man acquire his essence of primitive existence, arrive at an ideal existential enviroment.These two kinds of face-the-life-itself philosophy show deep humanistic care for us.
