两段加氢技术生产低芳溶剂油兼产3号喷气燃料

【摘要】 采用已开发的两段加氢催化剂和工艺成套技术,经对原分子筛脱蜡装置进行技术改造生产低芳(芳烃<0.5%)溶剂油兼产3号喷气燃料。

【Abstract】 Jingmen Branch of China Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.adopts two-part hydrogenation activator developed by FRIPP and technology to produce laigh aromatic hydrocarbon(arene<0.5%)and NO.3 whiff fuel.In the hydrogenation device of solventoil,FH-98 hydrogenation refined activator is used in its first part,while FHJ is used in its second part.The materials that produce laigh aromatic hydrocarbon come from a gleam of atmospheric column of straight-run distillation and the second gleam in distillating device in this company.By remoulding the molecular sieve dewax device technologically,it shows that the technology can produce laigh aromatic hyrocarbon solventoil that meets the market needs and NO.3 whiff fuel that reaches the stardard of GB6537-94.
