植物油厂废白土再生工艺的研究
THE STUDY IN THE REGENERATION TECHNOLOGY OF BLEACHING CLAY FROM PLANT-OIL FACTORY
【摘要】 对植物油厂废白土的再生工艺进行了研究。先从废白土中回收油脂,然后分别采用酸活化法;灼烧法;焙烧-酸洗法工艺进行再生,并对再生工艺条件进行了研究,使再生白土达到最佳的脱色率。结果表明:用这三种处理方法制得的再生白土,对油脂进行脱色,都具有一定的脱色效果。其中,焙烧-酸洗法制备的再生白土脱色效果最佳。
【Abstract】 Regeneration of bleaching clay is studied in this paper.After oil is recovered from it,the bleaching clay is regenerated by acid activation,ignition,baking and acid washing methods.The result shows that the bleaching clay treated by the three methods can make effects on the oil decolouration.And at the same time,this paper have also studied the optimal technological condition of bleaching clay regeneration,which is expected to reach the best decolouration rate.
