【Abstract】 The solubilization of diaquo(tetramine-base)Cobalt(Ⅲ) complex in Brij35 micellar solution and its catalytic hydrolysis of bis(p-nitrophenyl) phosphate diester were investigated at 30℃. The results indicate that the cis- diaquo metal ions with high valence complex in micellar solution is a potential catalyst for the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphate diester.更多还原
