【Abstract】 Based on the forming course of financial derivatives, positive and negative impacts of financial derivatives on the development of financial industry are pointed out. Some concrete suggestions and opinions on how Chinese financial industry copes with both domestic and international new situations in new times are presented combining the actualities in China. It is emphasized that in the application of financial derivatives, its damages to financial markets should be noticed to ensure the financial market in safe and effective control.更多还原
