【Abstract】 The studies of agricultural land mobility and dispersion are summarized. The neglected factors of closed transaction and asset specialization are discussed. The market of agricultural land is full of risks and its information is blocked. The number of subcontractors is limited. The agricultural land mobility and dispersion for the purpose of specialization may offer profits and incentives for buyers. But with the increase of land asset specificity, the agricultural land mobility and dispersion are restricted. The history and present conditions of land mobility and dispersion to scale operation are analyzed.更多还原
