车用电动汽油泵的理论研究与实践
Theoretical Research and Application of Vehicle Electronic Fuel Pumps
【摘要】 介绍了车用电动汽油泵的原理与结构特点,并对3种典型的车用电动汽油泵进行了结构分析与性能实验对比;阐述了电动汽油泵的流道断面面积和形状、叶轮的直径、叶片数和形状和叶轮和壳体之间的间隙等对其性能的影响。3种泵在电喷发动机常用的供油压力300kPa左右性能相近,UAES泵油率为2.37L/W.h、DENSO和VDO泵油率均为2.08L/W.h。
【Abstract】 The principle and structural features of vehicle electrical fuel pumps are introduced. The structure of three typical vehicle electronic fuel pumps is analyzed and their performance experimentation is compared. The performance of affected by the section dimension and shape of vehicle electronic fuel pumps, the diameter of impellers, the number and shape of blades, the clearance of impellers to cases are discussed. The performance of the three pumps is similar under the common pump pressure about 300KPa of electric fuel injected engines. The pump fuel ratio of UASE is 2.37L(W.h), and DENSO and VDO are both 2.08 L/(W.h).
