基于BP网络的橡胶配方优选问题研究
Optimization of Rubber Formulation Based on BP Neural Network
【摘要】 采用主成分分析法,提取影响橡胶性能的主要因素,再利用BP神经网络建立橡胶配方中填料对胶料性能影响的模型。研究结果表明,用该方法处理后的样本数据输入网络,网络结构得到简化,训练时间减少,提高了预测效率和预测精度。
【Abstract】 The principal component analysis method is used to select the main factors affecting rubber performance. BP neural network is adopted to establish the model in which the materials affecting the rubber performance. The results show that the network structure is simplified, the training time is reduced and the predicated efficiency and the accuracy are improved after the disposed sample data are input to the network.
