【Abstract】 Types and features of sci-tech agents are described. These agents should take privilege to the organizational forms of anonymous cooperation, limited cooperation and two-together company. Three elements are necessary for perfect sci-tech agents——government support, non-profitable privacy and commercial institutions. In the perspective of functions, the sci-tech agent system includes agents directly joining the technology innovation process of service objects, agents providing counseling service for innovation subjects with knowledge of technology, management and market, and institutions supplying service for the effective flow and reasonable allocation of sci-tech resources.更多还原
