三相电热家庭水暖恒温自动控制系统
The three-phase electro-thermal household water-warm constant temperature control system
【摘要】 叙述了三相电热式家庭水暖恒温控制系统的设计思路、PID调功控制的工作原理、硬件结构、软件实现方法、控制对象模型的建立与参数的整定、系统实际投运的数据结果.系统采用MCS 51系列单片机、串行A/D转换器0832和高精度数字温度传感器18B20构成具有电压前馈的单回路闭环控制系统,主要创新点是采用固态继电器取代现有系统所用的有触点机械控制开关,用PID控制器取代原系统的开关控制,实现了无噪声高精度的控制.实验结果表明,该方法硬件成本低,控制精度高,抗干扰能力强,技术实施方案简单易行、实用并具有通用性,满足了家庭用户对电热式水循环采暖设备的要求,具有实际推广应用价值.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the design of three-phase electro-thermal household water-warm constant temperature control system, the work principle of PID power adjust controller,the method of software and hardware structure realization,the modeling of control object,parameter setting and the outcoming data with the system working practicality are illustrated.This system which is composed of MCS-51 single chip computer,serial A/D convertor 0832 and high precision digital temperature sensor 18B20 adopts single close-loop control system with voltage feedforward.There are some major innovationes:First,it realizes no[CD*2]yawp high precision control uses solid state relay taking the place of mechanical control swicth with touch point which is used now.second, PID controller takes the place of switch control which was used in old system.So the practice result shows that this method can meet the low cost of hardware,high precision of control,high anti-jamming ,simple technologic implement project,feasiblity,utility and universality.It can satisfy the family’s demand for electro-thermal water cycle heating equipment and can be practically applied .
