K+,NH4+//Cl-,SO42--H2O体系相图的测定

【摘要】 用等温法测定了50℃下K+,NH+4//Cl-,SO2-4H2O体系的溶解度,绘制了该体系在50℃下的等温干基相图,并利用Pitzer电解质溶液理论实现了溶解度的数据关联.研究结果表明:该体系含有(K,NH4)2SO4,(K,NH4)Cl和(NH4,K)Cl三种固溶体,且(K,NH4)2SO4固溶体结晶区最大.根据溶解度数据和相图,控制反应物的摩尔比和过程中的加水量,可以提高无氯钾肥硫酸钾的质量,为工业化生产工艺条件的选择提供一定的理论基础.溶解度数据关联结果与实验结果相比,误差不大.

【Abstract】 The solubility data of the mutual quaternary system of K+,NH+4//Cl-,SO2-4H2O are determined at 50 ℃ by means of isotherm.The phase diagram(no water) of the system at 50 ℃ is drawed.Molality solubility data are calculated according to Pitzer electrolyte solution theory.Calculated data are near to the experimental ones.The result shows that three kinds of solid solutions are contained in the system.They are (K,NH42SO4,(K,NH4)Cl and (NH4,K)Cl.The crystallization area of (K,NH42SO4 is the biggest of all.It can improve the quality of final product K2SO4 by means of controlling the molar ratio and the added quantity water.This will provide some elementary theories for industrial production.
