原位生成莫来石晶须机理的研究
Study on the Mechanism of In-situ Mullite Whisker
【摘要】 以高岭土和工业Al(OH)3为原料,外加V2O5和AlF3,用原位合成法制备了莫来石晶须。采用XRD、SEM、EPMA等测试技术对样品的成分及微观结构进行了分析。探讨了AlF3气氛、烧成制度和V2O5添加量对晶须生长的影响,并研究了莫来石晶须的生长机理。研究表明莫来石晶须生长的最佳条件是AlF3的添加量为(质量分数)3%;晶化温度为1 400℃,时间为2 h;矿化剂V2O5的添加量为4%。莫来石晶须的生长机理是气-固(VS)机制。
【Abstract】 In-situ mullite whisker was prepared by kaolinite and commercial Al(OH)3 with the addition of V2O5 and AlF3.The compositions and the microstructure of the specimens were tested by advanced testing methodssuch as XRD,SEM and EPMA.The growth mechanism was discussed.The effect of AlF3 atmosphere,sintering mechanism and the content of V2O5 on the growth of mullite whisker were studied.The results show that the bestquantity of AlF3 is 3%,the firing temperature and temperature holding time of crystallization is 1 400 ℃ and 2 h,the best quantity of V2O5 is 4% and the growth mechanism is vapor-solid mechanism.
