【摘要】 研究了古汉养生精中微量元素的测定方法。运用微波消解样品,试液用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定样品中Pb、As、Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、Ni、Mn等8种微量元素。对影响其测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,方法的检出限为10~80 ng/L,回收率为92.11%~112.82%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.30%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method of determination of trace elements in ancient han health-keeping extract was studied.A method of microwave digestion with a sample of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was established to measure the content of Pb,As,Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr,Ni and Mn.The various affecting factors were examined in details.The optimum conditions for the determination was tested and discussed.The limit of the method was 10～80 ng/L.The recycling rate ranks from 92.11% to 112.82%.RSD was less than 4.30%.更多还原
