【Abstract】 A 4-dimension perspective was introduced, which can be used to specify XML document’s schema and XML database’s schema in a consistent context. Then the architecture of an integrated modeling environment was presented, which consisted of several related tools, can support the modeling of both XML document and XML database. The architecture supported three levels of abstraction: ontological, conceptual, and logical and supported two domains: XML domain and XML database domain. Finally the issues for implementing the architecture were discussed.更多还原
