混凝土中钢筋锈蚀速率的预测模型

【摘要】 首先从机理上分析了影响钢筋锈蚀速率的关键因素,主要包括钢筋表面氯离子浓度与氢氧根离子浓度比值(cCl- /cOH- )、钢筋表面温度及钢筋至混凝土表面间混凝土电阻值等3个因素;然后针对以往锈蚀速率模型都没有考虑cCl- /cOH- 这一重要影响因素的研究现状,对LiuT和WeyersRW所作模型进行修正,建立1个新的预测模型,试验证明具有较好的合理性。

【Abstract】 Firstly, the critical factors influencing corrosion rate of steel in concrete were analysed in this paper, which included c_ Cl - /c_ OH - on steel surface, the temperature on steel surface and concrete ohmic resistance between steel in concrete and concrete surface. And then, since such an important influencing factor as c_ Cl - /c_ OH - was not considered in previous models, this article aimed at establishing a new model on predicting chloride-induced corrosion rate of steel in concrete based on the model from Liu T and Weyers R W. The model was proved reasonable by experimental results.
