红外偏振玻璃工艺参数的研究
Research on the Technological Parameters of Infrared Polarizing Glass
【摘要】 通过拉伸还原法制备出了含银和铜R2 O B2 O3 SiO2 系统的红外偏振玻璃,通过正交实验研究工艺参数对偏振玻璃消光比的影响,确定了合理的工艺参数为:热处理温度6 5 0℃左右、热处理时间2 4h左右、拉伸温度5 70℃左右、拉伸速度10 0~12 0mm/min。并在该组参数下制备出消光比达到4 6dB以上,透过率80 %以上的红外偏振玻璃。
【Abstract】 The R2O-B2O3-SiO2 IR polarizing glass containing silver and copper was prepared by elongation-reduce technology. Based on the orthogonal experimental design, the effects of technical parameters on contrast of the glass were analyzed. The optimum technological parameters were decided to be: heat treatment temperature 650 ℃; heat treatment time 24 h; elongation temperature 570 ℃; elongation rate 100~120 mm/min. Under this group of parameters the polarizing glass was prepared with the contrast above 46 dB and the transmittance more than 80% at the wavelength 1 550 nm.
